or harmonizers?
something similar to the boss pedals... but... NOT boss OR behringer? (looking to put this in my feedback loop, and behringer's don't take kindly to feedback loops)
do any other brands make pitch shifters?

YOU SAID NO BOSS BUT THIS IS LIKE KEVIN SHIELDS ATE A RAINBOW MACHINE AND A SPX90 AND SHIT THIS OUT.
I have one. it's cray.
There's jacks for adding stomp switches to make it function like a pedal. so you could mount it UNDER your board and have a super tiny latched switch to turn it on so it'd take Zero space on the board and all the biters couldn't see what makes the sound tick.

I guess I should have posted videos when I was trying to sell that and my RSD-10 as a combo for 100 a few months ago... :P
I'll keep this in mind if I decide to part with them.

the only real hope i've found is a behringer pitch shifter which is 40 bucks... but i fried my last one to all hell...
i know the boss is beter quality... and they all play really well in a feedback loop, but at 80-100, a bit too expensive for me...
but, it WOULD be an investment... argh.
being broke SUCKS.

Oh, fuck, I just remembered about doing that with my friend's Holy Stain. it was fucking insane, especially since he had an expression pedal for it. Also, he would use it to bend harmonies in and out of tune with the line he was playing on guitar. It's rad to go between a minor 2nd and a perfect 5th when playing a lead.
