Edit: In fact, I want it so bad that I just emailed Prymaxe Vintage about it because they're one of two US dealers. I'm pretty sure they haven't heard about this since the video was posted yesterday or today, and they'll probably look at my email and say "The what? Oh that's pretty cool." BUT I MUST HAVE IT.

What's the difference between this and an Utter Stutter? Keep in mind I haven't played one. So don't make me feel too stupid here.

MASF does so many custom jobs on their site. I have no idea what half of any of them do, but this seems to actually be going into production. Took prymaxe a while to get their MASF shipment in last time, so hopefully if they are hounded enough they can speed up the process. A pedal like this can save a lot of tap dancing.

I believe an utter stutter is a timed feedback loop where as this seems to be a randomized delay.

The Utter Stutter is a feedback looper with an adjustable...uhhh...loopy..time. You CAN make the US do a tremolo kinda thing, but it depends on what you're running into and through it. This MASF pedal looks like it takes your signal and fucks with it randomly (or I guess each pot controls a different "area of time" or something).

That's cool, but I personally couldn't do anything more with it than novelty use. Don't do the pure noise thing much.
