Okay guys, so I've been looking at how much people love their CC/DC, Supa Chan etc. That got me thinking, has anyone ever cloned one before? I mean, it's a very simple circuit , isn't it?

Don't worry guys, I would never dream of cloning any of Eric's stuff, I would probably electrocute myself and suffer 3rd degree burns in the process. I was literally just curious about this.

He did release the Wizard Fountain schem, I don't think he would mind if you did it for personal use.

Almost a year later I'm curious to see what other people's opinions are on this?
Tempted to get a Melxowtone clone built in a mini enclosure!

It would be easy, anyway. The melx is like 5 components.

It should be totally do-able!! May put a call out to see if anyone can share the values of the components in theirs. Inevitably some smart ass will say "just experiment with different values" but screw that, If i want a pedal that sounds like a Melxowtone then I'd like to use the same values

Well i get the impression he's pretty much just turned his back on pedals and anything related to them so i wouldn't expect him to reply. Figured I'd find someone willing to open theirs up for a few minutes. Maybe not though
