sorry for the crappy cell phone pics, i need a new camera, but thx to D.o.S.'s encouragement i now own this, Image Image

& it fucking owns. the randall 2x15 cab may not be the bee's knees of cabs, but it damn well works for what i need it for. but the v4 is all   :yay:

my tele sounds lovely through it. i only have a cheap squier skull bass, & i dont dig the p/up's in it. but it definitely sounds like a bass playing through it :)

now my only dilemma is should i sell the carr. i could get a couple of nice cabs with what i can get for it. but holy shit does it sound nice & way more portable. the v4 alone weighs more than the viceroy does lol.

ya, i dont think i ever want to have a set up with out 15's again. so much  & combined. i cant wait to get another cab to pair with the 2x15.

i think its almost trippy standing in front of the cab & feeling the vibrations & watching the flag ripple to them  as far as the tonez from the flag, i got an extra one i'll send ya if you wanna try it yourself AA. for real though, the make nice dust covers :p

well i didnt start this thread to talk about flags, but lets get this out of the way. symbols, such as flags, can only mean what you put into them. the swastika was known (& still is some some parts) as a symbol of peace or good luck long before the nazi's had anything to do with it.

but thats besides the point. the so called rebel flag was actually pretty insignificant during the civil war. it only really developed its current meaning from the use of the KKK. & i cant help what a bunch of assholes choose to use as their banner of hatred (or stupidity can be subbed for hatred).

so please lay off the flag hatred & my use of it. as you know nothing of my beliefs, ethics, or morals.

sorry for the rant. i just felt it needed saying. wasnt going to, until i saw astricii's mad smiley. as its not my intentions to offend anyone. well, no more so than any of us try to offend people with oscillating fuzzes. you know, the ones that dont get it ;)

I meant no offense with my comments, upon seeing it i was reminded of how wanna-be car racers would put stickers on their cars and then we would joke that they added 10 horsepower per sticker so i thought i'd turn it around and apply it to the flag and teh toanz... I see the rebel flag as a sign of pride (i come from a southern state), no more no less, and not in biggoted racist assholes but men who put their lives on the line for what they believed in and for their land. Unlike the nazi's who fought for power and other peoples land. And yes the swastika has been in use for thousands of years from native america to India, which is where Hitler saw it for the first time (India) and decided to steal it to help empower the beliefs behind his nazi regime.

ya i didnt take offense from you AA, or anyone else for that matter. i knew you were making light of it & joking around.

i just said what i said, cause well, i dont know why exactly. i guess just to let it be known not every rebel flag wearin, backwoods, redneck, hick (& i dont mind filling any or all of those categories) is a backwards thinking imbecile. cause dumbasses &/or assholes are everywhere, not just in the south lol.

& fuck all that bull shit any way, cause thats what it is. im here to talk about how bad ass v4's are. & let you guys talk me into buying more cabs haha

on a side note, im glad nobody thinks i should get rid of the viceroy. i love that amp. even though the thought is tempting.

+ one million.

I'm not offended by a rebel flag, but I sure think flying one is dumb.
but, you know, whatever...Freebird and all that.

however, I don't give a shit what the swastika was used for before Hitler.
it's a symbol of fucking genocide and if you fly it you're an asshole.
maybe in another few thousand years that will change, but not today and not tomorrow.

That's awesome man! I love 15's with guitar or bass...prob why I have 5 of them. My old peavey 412 was missing the grill so it had a misfits flag over it for a while.

and generally flags suck, regardless of what's on em, IMO.

Oh yea, keep that carr!

Jero, I agree. Flags and by extension nationalism is a dead end.
