Hey all,
If anyone can be bothered to take a look at this and lend an idiot a hand, it would be much appriciated-
I want to build a GGG PT80 delay with an effects loop mod, as can be seen here (http://moosapotamus.net/THINGS/pt80delay.htm). Problem is, although I'm comfortable with a soldering iron and have built kits before, I can't read schems and the above link may as well be in Greek for all I know (!!γειά σου καθένας έχει ένα δημοψήφισμα και καταστρέψτε το όλο Europe' οικονομικό σύστημα του s για τη διασκέδαση!!).
If anyone could draw a wiring diagram up for me, I will send them sweets and treats (I'm in the UK, but will post internationally. Please consider postage delays when requesting your rewards...)

Ok- quick explanation:



The triangles you see in the picture are OpAmps- they're both in one IC-housing (IC's are the things that look like little bugs with many legs):


So you connect the Pin 7 of the IC to a mono jack that has a built in switch (send-jack):


the pin 7 would connect to the tip, ground would go to the sleeve and the connector labeled NC is the switch- this one would connect to the tip of the return jack (standard mono jack without switch). the sleeve of the return jack would be ground.

So, now we have that out of the way- the DPDT-Switch:
it selects if you only want your delayed signal effected by the efx loop or all your signal.



You would connect the tips of the send and the return jack to the center lugs (let's say sent to C and return to D) so you would connect pin A to a 10k resistor and back to Pin 2 of your TL072 OpAmp. Pin E would go to a 1µF Cap and to your SA571 Chip.
Pin B on the switch would connect to the same Point (1µF cap and into your chip), where pin F would go to the same point pin A goes.

Yeah, but you don't need two NC (switched) jacks for that. one is enough... as seen on the gutshot:

the PT80 is one NICE digi-log delay. Enough headroom and volume, worked well with fuzzes on my board, nice tone, too... and delay time as long as the Deluxe Memory Boy's got. (though some say their unit gives only 500ms)

I can't come up with nothing bad to say about this, except that I haven't one any more. Could have used some modulation madness, perhaps, so after that mod it should be pretty ace pedal!
