Anyone have a cheap source for contact mics?

I need 8-10 contact mics as cheap as possible of course.... anyone have any recommendations?

Make em! My room mate just made two, it's like 4 dollars in parts.

Just buy a piezo buzzer from Radio Shack! Crack that fucker open, solder some shit, boom bang bong, contact mic.

:D i will just do this. I'm sourcing them for a project at my work, coworkers didn't feel like putting them together but I'll just do it and get it over with

Hey guys thanks for suggesting that I just make them myself. I made 10and used them to conduct a weird session at a departmental retreat at my workplace. Turned all of the tables into microphones, brought in some drum pads and other things and mic'd it all through a mixer with a ton of effects, and talked about the Oblique Strategies.

I'm pretty sure I weirded out all of my coworkers

Awesome! Sounds like an awesome time! Contact mics are the best for weird noises. My room mate attached his to a floppy piece of steel and hit it with a big metal rod, and ran that through my delay pedal. Wuz awesome.
