I saw a Solec Phase Shifter for sale, but the info on the internet is pretty much none, the advertisements saying it's a Univox Phazer clone.. But how old are they, are they worth anything?

That's from the '70's and probably not worth too much. I've never heard one and probably have never heard the Univox version either. Sometimes you'd be surprised how good some of those off-brand pedals can sound. If you're able to play it before buying it you should test it out.

I'd cap it at $75 if working well. They are likely another labeling of the univox as mentioned...there were quite a few various versions.

I have a Monacor branded one of these and it's lovely. Not the dramatic phaser type of thing but a nice little swooshie, it's awesome in the slower settings. I think I have paid less than 75€, but I don't remember exactly.

it's similar to the mxr phase 45. mellow, chewy and univibish. the price on that one is not bad which is strange because the seller always prices his stuff really crazy high. i was bidding against him on the fuzz holy grail 2 months ago and was lucky that he was so stingy. so maybe this particular one doesn't sound so hot.

Are you also on Marktplaats? Or is it also on ebay?
