Sounds very nice, but if an Elements is on the way I don't see myself needing one of these.

think it may be a case of apples and oranges there (completely different gain structure, controls, basic eq approach, etc)....
the kush proto is really low gain and organic with a gain control that yields very fine control of "no to low gain"....whereas the gain control on the elements goes from mild to over the top saturated metal grind....so a bit hard to compare the 2.

That's valid, I guess. I do like the sound of the Kush.
