Sweet score! Looks like a 70's Teisco take on a Kay Vanguard to me. That pickup is a Teisco but the bridge is that classic Harmony / Kay /Silvertone type. What's the headstock look like? That bound neck is a surprise to me. Never seen that on these kind of guitars. Very cool man!

Kurt Vile is pictured with one in a lot of his press photos. The little round badge on the headstock and general build/hardware point to Teisco or a relative.

it lacks that elongated headstock. it does have some really nice appointments like the binding. I'm thinking Teisco something or other. The headstock looks like what Kosta put up without the bar or badge. just plain.

Looks very cool! What's the scale length on it? It looks to be on the smaller side...

25 1/2, but the body is on the smaller side. if you've ever played a bobkat, it kinda feels like that.
