Hi folks. I have a coiks dc-10 and am limited to space and was wondering if this was an issue? I was thinking about putting my black forest fuzz on top of it. If is OK can i just use velcro or do I need to create a little breathing space? Issues with interference?
The board is not a pedal train or anything, just a standard case. Thanks for your help.

You could just try it without velcro and see what problems you run into. The problems I could see with that is that the power supply could heat up or it could introduce some kind of interference. You're not going to hurt anything by just trying it without velcro so go for it, just keep checking the power supply to see how warm it is.

Interference can definitely be an issue (even with the fancy toroidal transformers) and usually affects dirt/fuzz more than anything else. I'm speaking strictly about a supply under a board too, never tried putting one directly on the supply but the only way to find out is experiment. Heat shouldn't be a major issue as the CIOKS isn't vented on top. Things will warm up though.

Lastly, do you have the Black Forest already? If so, what do you think??

Yeah, like Schnikes said, you'll probably only get a little bit of extra noise at the most. I'd try it and see, because I'd doubt it will be anything major.

Not yet. I have preordered one and they should be sent out the end of this month I gather so soon.
I have not tried the Pharoah or LSTR but though I would have a punt on this one.

I could of bought a pedaltrain but preferred the proportions of this one.
It seems almost all board shots i see are either crammed or spilling over and the with the hard case is pretty high.
it is only case after all!
