So Im on the hunt for a pedal that is both vibrato and tremolo, but nothing more. I had my eyes on the Vox VibraVox but getting one of those now is a pain. Anyone know of any otehr great tremolo/vibrato pedals? Please and thank ya'.

Ring thing, the end. Adjustable wave-forms for the tremolo and up to an octave in vibrato. With speeds on both into the ring mod territory.

Yah I'm also looking for a vibrato, are there any good one with a smaller footprint than the ones already shown above?

Kilpatrick Audio Vibro Man amazes me every time I stomp it, and I have a Goatkeeper and a Hollow Earth to distract me from it. It's not always about fancy waveforms (although a lot of the time it is):

I'd check out the EHX Wiggler and Nady TTV-1 tube vibrato/tremolo, too.

no mention of the Catalinbread Pareidolia? That seemed pretty interesting to me, halfway between trem and vibrato.

^I thought of posting a Pareidolia video but it has an almost wooshy phase thing going on which didn't sound like a sound the OP was after.

All of the Dr. Scientist stuff I have played has been top dolla. I don't actually own the Tremolessence, but I have played around with the newest version and it is certainly one of the more inventive trems on the market today. If presets and tap tempo have ever been an interest then I would definitely go with a Goatkeeper. I absolutely love mine! The only other trems on my want list since buying that are the new Tremolessence and the Lovetone Wobulator.
That Kilpatrick Vibro Man sounds pretty sweet too. The filtery sounds are sick.

I agree the Goatkeeper is probably as good as it gets, I love mine. Trem is just the beginning with that thing though, it's capable of FAR more with the CV and custom waveforms. Worth every penny IF you use it to full potential but overkill if all you need is Trem/vibrato settings
I usually have the Dr. Scientist on my board now days. Prefer the simplicity and smaller footprint plus lack of tap doesn't bother me. Don't be fooled though, there are a ton of cool features packed into that box and a wide range of speed, depth, and wave shape control
Sonically, both are equally incredible, imo.
The Ring Thing (mentioned above) looks killer too, yet to try it out myself.

The Small Clone can be modded to do trem and/or vibrato.
