I asked some months ago in an electric components store and they are too expensive but damn freaking cool.
This remembers me when nin (in the crazy year zero tour) hided those pendrives in some of their shows with just a weird audio file. Best bet is to try Ham (amateur radio) fests You can find used ones fairly inexpensively there.
There are a couple of good deals (ok right now before the bidding frenzy) on the Bay right now.
Search Oscilloscope, the lowest price first, they start on page 7.
