didn't know about it... it's an interesting idea in a way of progress of multi-effect units. They're probably trying to be more us-friendly

anyway... i'll still gladly carry around a heavy case full of expensive shit

If they had one for $150 that used the iPod/iPhone instead, with preprogrammable signal chains and settings that could be turned on and off with two stompswitches I'd be all over it. Plus 87 effects is not enough.

pretty freakin' pointless if you ask me. what happens when the iPad goes out of fashion and everybody's starts breaking down eventually?

Looks like a sure way of catching HIV to me....
I mean, it might sound good thru your spider amp with your ibanez APEX100...

Looks like a great way to totally smash up your ipad screen.

That would blow so much if some one spilled beer on your pedal board.

cool, but...yeah, I gotta stick with the hater crowd with this one. It's still the same impractically multi-faceted, yet strangely hollow kind of thing that digital effect/amp modeling has always been. If I wanted to go that route, I'd stick with that Iphone loop pedal somebody posted last week(the one with the demo where the guy sets it on fire while playing The Star Spangled Banner).

this. so much this. that's all i thought of...
and i guarantee it won't sound as good as even if you spent half of that on boss pedals. and i hate boss pedals.

Saw this a little while ago, lul'd considerably. As interesting as it is, adding a touch screen doesn't make me want boss multi-effects anymore then I do now.
