hey.

what range of hfe values would be 'good' for the germanium tansistors q2 and q3?

do these values still apply:
"classic" Fuzz Face 70-85 for Q1 and 120-140 for Q2
high gain device Q1 in the range of 90-120 & Q2 (150-190)

The standard Fuzz Face ranges seem to apply. The rec I've seen is 70 for Q2, 110 for Q3.

I bought mine from this guy on ebay who selects the right gain and low leakage AC128 fuzz factory transistors
