engine takes to the water, the anatomy of sharks and then tropic and meridians were all very cool recordings... then they got signed and i did not really care for the album and i have never heard them since...

Awwwwwwwww yeah! You're speaking my language, man! I loved Engine Takes to the Water... actually, I need to dig that out again. Saw them live in '98 with a friend's band opening and they were totally awesomesauce. So good.

Man, June of 44 were an awesome band. I know I'm a young'n, but I dug their In the Fishtank album. Of course that was from the time you said you didn't care for.

That said, that's a rad track right there. Really should take time to hear some of the albums you mentioned.

I like Tropics and Meridians and that green one, can't remember the title. It's probably the one you don't like.

Seriously, mid 90s post-hardcore/emo/indie whatever and everything else was the best.
