I can haz overdrive?

Sup guys, so yeah, Ive been hunting fo a good bass overdrive for quite some time. I've got a Way Huge Pork Loine to satisfy my needs, but I think it's time to switch it out. So, what do you guys recommend, I'm mainly looking for something huge sounding, big and fat with lot's of gain availible, and will play well with other dirt boxes.
Lately I've been eyeing:
Singing Tree
Fuck
Internet
And Aarvarks

Pork Loin is great, I miss mine but don't really need it.
So I'm gonna say what I always say: Arc Flash!
Low gain gets you the overdrive, medium-high starts to fuzz up and high gain is...uh, high gain...
But then you have the LED/diode switch to mess it up even more!

I didn't like the internet as a bass overdrive, too fizzy, but it was killer as a fuzz.
Honestly, the Hardwire CM-2 overdrive works really really really well on bass. You can get one used for fairly cheap.
I really wanna try a fuck, though.

If you've got $200 and really like how your bass sounds, fuck all day. It's the most organic and natural OD I've ever experienced.
Otherwise, maybe a Rat?

I like my fuck with my friends Mustang bass but I'm not really a bass player so I haven't tried a lot of stuff for bass. The fuck has plenty of low end and goes from thick clean boost to uhh.. Plenty of gain on tap.
It pretty much makes all my other pedals sound better so yeah it gets along real nicely with others.

I prefer a bass tuned fuzz with bass or driving tubes into saturation but I'd be willing to try my Plimsoul with bass this week and give you a report if you're interested.

Yeah, the Fuck is pretty great. Everything theavondon said is true. Also, when you crank the gain you can get some pretty nice fuzziness. It can get pretty mean when you turn the hi cut up, too. I would imagine if you set the threshold right, in a band setting you could make it sound like something is blowing while everyone else is doin' their thang. I have only used it with my drummer, though.
I just feel weird owning such an expensive pedal, not that it is worth it. Toad-all-e worth it.

Seriously. I've been playing through my friends SVT Classic. with the mantra gain dime'd and the treble and lows boosted it sound just like hitting the SVT hard though the shitty ampeg solidstate we use at our practice space.
