TGD not getting power? HELP!!

I plugged my TGD in today and it won't turn on. There is a super quiet constant oscilation but the LED won't light up and there is no guitar signal. I always have it plugged into a surge protector so I doubt it was any form of surge, but I have tried different power sources, and *gulp* batteries.

another thing that can happen is when you have a floating pcb, it can get grounded by the pedal enclosure.

TGD's are pretty tight in there, so very rarely, the pcb can get fucked around and ground out.
