Well, been a lucky week so far.

2 possible jobs. 2 new instruments, both passed down to me.

National EG685-2RG... Sliders, fuck yes. This thing plays like a dream, even with the frets being practically flat.





A mandolin, not sure of the maker, inside says made in italy and original catania mandolines. Was disgustingly dirty when i got it, ive done some work to clean it off and make it playable. large crack in the side of the bowl though.

That National is epic. Refret and bring the fuzz.

I've been wondering that myself, absolutely no idea where the arm is. I have a feeling it wont be easy finding one either.
