I couldn't even read through the whole interview because of those pics

Things should always be judged by their merit. It is one thing to try to pawn off bad content by using some alluring photography, but when the content is good - as her's seems to be - then it's addition may make it better (or not, but it certainly won't make it worse).
In that way, it's like special effects. They won't save a bad story, but done right they may make a good story better.

the pics just seems like pandering to me "Oooohhhh I'm only covered in fuzz pedals"

Saying "But I got frustrated with guys putting the camera on themselves and just shredding on the guitar, making the guitar player face, but not really showcasing what the pedal could do," and then having a photo of you naked with fuzz pedals over you is the best troll ever.

Just chiming in with an observation. There are multiple threads about this woman on here as well as other boards, and now people are writing articles about her. She must be doing something right.
