Can anybody here tell me what happened to the "chorus" switch?

The current version has a depth and speed knob. With the depth at a minimum it is the same as having the chorus switched off.

Wish I had the knob instead of the toggle, damn it!

You got it, Ian, thanks!
Shannon, I'm sorry.. *looks down and kicks a rock* I could take out your toggle and put in a mini-knob if you want...

No worries Ryan, it's highly bad ass as is. Thanks for the offer though!

Hey Ryan... Any plans for an ultimate SDD?
FX Loop and self-oscillation switch would be cool?

Yessir I think that would be a cool project and I've been kicking it around a bit lately...

Ok, leastwise talked me into it!
What I've been thinking is I need a good hook for the new SDD to make it extra cool.. I was thinking of doing stereo with two separate delay paths, maybe an option to combine the two delay paths in mono at different rate settings... the hold feature could run the modulation... expression for mix and delay rate maybe... active treble control for the repeats... it'll be pt2399 based so tap isn't really an option... maybe an effects loop for the repeats...
You gents want to do some spit-balling about the ultimate SDD?

Most certainly an fx loop for the tails! I like the idea also of self-oscillation toggling via a footswitch. So you can press it down and then get shit goin crazy, then unpress it (or not?) and have the oscillations still going and play over it . I obviously know nothing about making pedals and have no idea if that even made sense let alone is plausible.

Yeah I think that footswitch idea is cool too... I was thinking of trying to squeeze this into the same box as the Tremolessence though.. you think two stomps on that size of a box is reasonable or complainable?

In my case, I don't really need stereo. The self-oscillation foot switch, the tone for the repeats, the hold function and the fx loop are a must!!
An lfo or bit crushing function in the repeats would be cool (for those who don't want to use the fx loop) and an old tape mode (like very old

) would be a plus. Look at the DMB Lunar Echo and try to make something 100 X better.

That's ok with me.

I wouldn't be too bad. Maybe you could make the expression control for the delay time compatible with analogmans tap tempo controller? I'm sure he would release the specs to ya and that would quench those that need tap tempo.
Oh and it would be cool if there was a switch that made the chrous rate in time with the delay repeats. (this is my fav SDD setting)

stereo is cool, but effects loop for the delayed signal is even cooler. not sure if stereo effect loop is a reasonable request.
a treble boost/cut on the repeats is also a really nice touch, but so is a bass boost/cut. can really shape the oscillation.
instead of a second switch for oscillation, an expression for the feedback would make that very possible.
i don't think that box should fit two stomps. but i'm also really liking that size and wouldn't want it to get any bigger... hmm.
i'm gonna think about this some more and report back.

Bit crusher effect on the repeat.
