Just because I can!
The other day I got these guys in the mail:

And it has been fun times ever since! My favourite until now is the Superfuzz which can do some nasty lead tones and has excellent variety on the knobs on the guitar. You can roll back the volume and make the octave really stand out. It's very nice. The way I tweaked the trimpot now it will go from nasty to boomy at the flick of that switch between the knobs. It is a welcome addition: nice, nasty fuzz that has a vintage vibe to it. Can't wait to try out the stacking possibilities. If the balance knob is maxed it has a little of that compression that is so lovely about the Percolator. I think these two will make a badass coupling.
The 4545 is a little too much so far. I still don't get what it all does and most of the sounds I come by on happenstance are too glitchy-weird for my taste. I will give this a lot more time though. I think it might be an addition to my drone rig but first I will have to experiment with it.
The Mind Rocker unfortunately has not been tested to it's potential because all I had lying around was an almost dying battery. So it sputters like Daffy Duck and sounds a little weak. Not at all like the demos of this pedal. I keep forgetting to buy a new battery so I still don't know... (Dying battery Daffy sounds great into the superfuzz though!)
