http://dmbpedals.com/category/gear/Hadn't heard of them before today, figured I'd post and see if there was any opinion on them. They seem almost corksniffer-ish, but their prices are much better than expected. Thoughts, folks?

The Lunar Echo (analog delay) was the flavor of the month on the Gear Page a couple of years ago. Have not tried them.

I have the DMB Cosmic Crunch and it's one of my leave-it-on-all-the-time pedals. I keep the drive at zero and the level cranked. Tightens the low end, adds punch and clarity. If I cut back the level and crank the drive, it gets super fucking crunchy. Totally worth it.

I remember that thread, it was cool that they took all the user feedback and used it to tweak the pedal.

Just from looking at the site I hate when Pedal describe themselves as Boutique: in the case of the first drive.
I have heard some demo's nothing that really stood out

I don't really like all the "boutique" and "mojo" descriptions, but the lunar echo looks pretty cool.

i listened to some demos of the Lunar Echo because it came up recently in another topic. it struck me as a really interesting box that's really, uh, specialized in the same sense as e.g. the Seppuku FX stuff (though not sonically similar)...if it's suited to your style of playing/music it'd be the greatest thing since chips, but if not it'd be totally useless. i think it's too muddy for me, but it'd probably be great for someone who played in a more angular style and wanted something to round off the sharpness.

That's what I thought when I first saw their name. And, they don't give an explanation of what "DMB" stands for. OR, at least, I didn't find one in my cursory glance on their site.

DMB probably comes from the names of the two chaps running the company; Daniel Minton and Mike Blakemore.
Got the Lunar Echo and it ended my delay GAS. Fuzz into Wrecked Mode =

I agree with dubkitty though, it works exceedingly well for my purpose and playing style so I absolutely love it, but could have the completely wrong sound and results when applied to another genre of music and the person could feel sort of "meh" about it.
