I got a freebie messenger-bag-ish thing that's about 15" x 12". Sounds like a good size for a small board, but Gorms all seem too big. Other than just custom cut wood to size, is there anything that's ball-park to that size to start?

Hey, that's actually a pretty good idea. Get a bamboo one for extra mojo.

That was one of the many DIY options I've considered before going down the route of building the Gorm pedal board or building one from wood from scratch, which is what I do now.

That's an idea I've seen but not really considered before. There's a 10 x 14 bamboo one for ten bucks. That looks like a potential winner -- just add feet and some velcro.

Get some taller feet for the back or you can use a number of things to jack it up. A 2x2" piece of wood screwed and glued to it will work in a pinch.

Buy gorm, fill extra space with MOAR FUZZ.

That seemed a bit short for tl;dr. Oh well.
