Make Sounds Loudly - super trade!!!

I recently traded a pedal to Mark Leahey, onthetundra here at ILF, for some of his handmade creations. He really hooked me up, sending way more than what was originally involved in our trade, with one more to come. Just wanted to give him a big THANK YOU! and post a quick review here. He's a really nice dude, makes a wide variety of stuff, and I know he loves the trades, so I figured I'd get some info up on his pedals.
I'm sending all of these out to ILF's own Wes Mantooth next week to get a proper review and maybe some clips on his sweet ass effects blog. Stay tuned for that.

Here we go, from left to right:
Blue Whale Fuzz - Huge, cutting, gated fuzz monster with Fuzz, Vol, and Compression controls. This thing sounds really badass, achieves "Wall of Fuzz" tones with some sub-octaves as well! I even liked the gate, something I'm generally not a fan of. The fuzz gets plenty nasty and splatty sounding, especially as the gate is cutting it off. Seemed to like HB or SC and you can use the compression control to dial it in depending on what type of pickup you're throwing at it. I haven't had a chance to try it on bass yet, sounds like it would do well though. Stacked and boosted well, made for some really useable, insane fuzz tones.
Whale's Revenge Fuzz/OD - This one's my favorite of the bunch, going anywhere from gritty, transparent OD to a punishing low-end fuzz assault! Many settings sound like a fuzz/distortion hybrid, and it was loving the high output HB's that I tested it with. Controls include Vol, Fuzz, and a toggle to go between Lead/Rhythm settings. Lead was my go to on this one, stacks and boosts well also. Full frequency with plenty of low, this thing can sound like tubes that are verging on OD or dial it up and bring the brootz, pretty versatile little box!
Dirty Boost - This one's great too, really simple and effective as a clean boost or dial in some dirt and get some transparent OD tones. Controls include Vol and Bias, with bias bringing the dirt as it gets increased.
Easy Trem - the trem is super simple, reminiscent of a vintage style amp trem. Controls include Depth, Rate, and Vol and you can get it into OD territory with some HBs. It can be dialed in really subtle or deep, did well with other dirt pedals I threw at it also.
That's it for now, I have a Face Buzz plus boost on the way too so I'll throw that one up here when it shows up. Sorry I don't have any clips, waiting for my new audio interface to arrive. You can find a bunch of clips and other info on Mark's Facebook here:
