Help Me Replace My Guyatone TD-X Flip Delay

Hi guys,
My guyatone TD-X delay recently died. I loved it, but it hurt me. And now I need to replace it. Here's what I liked:
Looooooong sound on sound, the ability to roll off the hights with the analog knob, pretty great sound, pitch bending dive bombs on delay rate knob.
What I didn't like:
Bad housing (too "ventilated" allowing beer to easily pass from front of house to circuit board {resulting in death, some months later}), power was noisy noisy!, though tru bypassed, weird artifacts when regen was full and pedal was off.
So; its dead, I need a new delay that:
Has Long delay times for sound on sound noise outs, rolls off some highs so it doesnt sound too harsh, bends the pitch of the sound when the delay knob is tweaked.
It doesnt need tap tempo.
I own a headrush, an ad-9, a dd-5, ML jr and none of these things do what I need.
I really don't want to re buy another td-x, but I dont know if there is anything out there which will cover all those bases!!
HELP!! Boxbie

What about this? It's got a D/A blend, which acts like a filter knob to roll off highs. It's also got a sound on sound looper and modulation.

That duncan thing seems promising. The housing on his pedals always seems crappy to me, but hey, the guyatone was no brick either.
I've messed with the RE-20. I didn't like how idiocincratic its fucntions are (I know its emulating the old space echo's!).
I also tried one of those new guyatone mighty micro delays. The one I tried made electrical noise when bypassed (even with a battery). The higher the repeat rate was up the louder this noise was. They might not all do that, but I'd love to hear from other users, because it does fit my bill other than that.
In the meantime I'll try and chase up a deja vu.
Thanks for the heads up Blaxandall, but I'm going to try and find something new.
Any other suggestions?
Cheers

Hey Boxbie,
The dejavu was my second choice after the El Capistan! I still want to try one, it seems very promising. I know a couple of people on other boards say its highly underrated. I'm sure you can find a used one on the gear page or harmony central for a reasonable price. if you don't like it you can always flip it

EDIT Get your ass in bst and get that one from onthetundra for $250. and you'll never need another delay. Ever. And the modulation section sounds like angels.

I used to have one of these and basically the only reason i got rid of it was because it took 15v and my courtesy outlet on my PP2+ was already being used. THIS THING ABSOLUTELY RULES! I can't believe these go for 250$ used, I bought mine used for over 350$ + shipping

just over a year ago. There is no sound-on-sound looper though. Also, the "hi-cut" was pretty subtle.

Thanks for the post fellas.
I tried the duncan the other day.
It gets close to being good, if i wanted a straight delay with tap it would be cool, but I want a noise generator. Also I found the actual repeat sound a bit uninspiring. Tweaking the delay time knob also resulted with some repeat drop outs and a quick decay of repeats. Fail!
In my research mission someone suggested your garden variety DD-7, which on paper had all the features I need for cheap. Cons- unremarkable sound.
Which brought me to the DD-20, which apart from being ugly could be ok.
I'll check out the echolution for homework.
Cheers guys

Mid $300s is the going rate I've seen. Onthetundra's just a crazy mutherfucker. I almost bought it because having two...
