Wow, still more fuzz and muff, I've got my eye on 2/3 things, Analogman Astro tone and possibly a SUF or Barber Triffecta. That will cover it surely???

Take a look at builder like:
Fuzzhugger, 3Xfx, Dwarfcraft Devices, Plum Crazy FX, Basic Audio, Blackout Effectors, Mid-Fi, Smallsound/Bigsound, Fairfield Circuitry, Death by Audio, Devi Ever, Dr. Scientist, Earthquaker Devices, Lastgasp Art Laboratory, etc... There's no end to fuzz.

Add an oscillating fuzz to your list.

seriously, though, let's look at this analytically. you haven't said what kind of music you play. what you've got basically boils down to a Tone Bender Mk III, a germanium Fuzz Face, an Octavia, and a Rat. a Muff seems like the obvious answer, particularly given that your other choices indicate a tendency towards more "vintage" sounds. there are also other boxes which some folks feel cop aspects of the Muff vibe, e.g. the Devi Ever Hyperion or FuzzHugger 3-knob Great Wall, as well as a million variations on the Muff with bells, whistles, dancing girls, and more switches and diode arrays than the Apollo space capsule.

something in a buzzy mid-60s fuzz would also be an obvious choice...there's the Super Fuzz (Live at Leeds), the Maestro ("Satisfaction"), and several other ancient circuits that bring the bumblebee, as well as more modern adaptations like the AnalogMan Peppermint Fuzz and the Catalinbread Merkin. also consider the Burns Buzzaround and Elka Dizzy Tone circuits, which are being reproduced by Ghost Effects in the UK and are wonderful variations on Tone Bender circuits best known for the Buzzaround stuff on the early King Crimson albums.

in milder sounds i really like the Astro Tone, which seems like it would stack really well; in that vein i'm also a huge fan of the vintage MXR Distortion+. for big loud stuff that goes farther than vintage fuzz but still fits into a relatively "normal" setting some things i've seriously considered include the Devi Ever Shoe Gazer, the Dwarfcraft Eau Claire Thunder, and the Blackout Effectors Twosome. if you want to get into the gated, sputtering, bit-crushy thing the simplest thing to do is probably to look at Devi's stuff and then work your way out from there...there's an awful lot of stuff available in that vein nowadays and it gets confusing real fast.
