Top 10 Zappa albums?

So I want to get into the works of Frank Zappa, but there's so much material I really have no idea where to start. Some album recommendations?

I don't know about the top 10, but my favorite is the Grand Wazoo:

But I think Zappa's best performance was at a Senate hearing regarding warning labels on records:

Nobody likes Joe's Garage?
Anyway, I dunno how to order any, but I definitely love Freak Out and We're Only In It For The Money the most for some reason. Joe's Garage comes next.
