That's a big lunch: ZT Bass

"ZT's team of scientists and craftsmen have built the ZT Bass Stack, consisting of the soon-to-be-released (ok, late summer) Bass combo amp sitting atop a powered cabinet. Sure, it looks cool. But better than that, it will set a new standard for compact, lightweight bass rigs. Bassists, get ready to nevermore dread loading your gear."
http://www.ztamplifiers.com/news/TB is reporting 400 watts (probably liberally rated, as the Lunchbox), 12" speaker with two(?!) tweeters, and the extension cab is the same power and speaker complement.

[And reportedly $899 for the combo, $699 for the extension cab. More than most would have hoped, but I'm not sure I was expecting that power.]

Hell, I'd give it a shot... I'd at least like to try one...
EDIT: how did I miss the price tag?
Well, I'd still like to try one in person.

Hopefully they've rethought it, the first reviews from people who heard the prototypes at NAMM were not favorable to say the least.

I like the idea, but certainly wouldn't go for it at that price point.

Didn't see anything very negative elsewhere. That price does demand some performance, though, especially when there seems to be a lot of ultra-mobile bass rig competition these days.
