Ryan... A Dr. Scientist filter (from space) would be awesome!!
Most filter on the market are base on the Dod 440 or on auto wah... need something different.

... just an idea like that...

Yeah I like filters a lot... like the Sherman Filter Bank or Electrix Filter Factory... lots of powerful and deep filters that can be modulated, deep notches that you can move up and down, cool sounding stuff. Once I get our current line decked out and in proper production I want to work on something digital/micro based and a filter project would be perfect...

No phat analog filter? :mope:
You could've called it the "filled her booty."

Hehe...Dr. Scientist filled her booty.

I have these

had electrix and sold it

I'm no stranger to analog and modular synthesizers.

I have a new filter design that I would be willing to give you for free. I lack the skill to execute my own designs but they are still pretty far ahead of their time. PM me. or you can call me. if you do decide to use it, you should make it in modular format as well as a pedal.

I admit that I almost sold it but I decided to keep it cause the distortion section kills on bass synth and I just cant get that sound from anything. not a pedal or a computer. I guess I like it cause the early drum n bass / jungle scene was using the mpc2000. bass synth sounds were just sampled waveforms. the mfc42 was an addon for the producer with all the toys. and hence, that bass sound is stuck in my head for life. so dirty and industrial sounding. like saws in a metal shop cutting up robots.

Cool I never even heard of those.. my rack filter knowledge is really dated! I'd definitely be up for collaborating with you on a filter project in the future, thanks for the offer, I'll keep it in mind for sure.

Good point, Blake, a badass filter should be analog shouldn't it?

Clearly analog has more smoothness according to this highly scientific image:

And we all want to be more smooth.
