my dog just peed on a special pedal

by no means the most expensive pedal on my board, but one of the ones with the most sentimental value
and now it doesn't work.
I seriously almost kicked my dog, and I'm a hardcore animal lover.
any tips? any ideas? I really want this pedal to work again

My whole pedal board got flooded,
UNPLUG IT NOW!
you need to unplug it and take it apart to where you can get a fan or blow dryer on it
Leave it alone for a few days, I know it will be hard to not test it but you gotta let it dry out
Pee is different than water so at some point you may need some contact cleaner
after it dries out for a few days put it back together and it should work.

Oh and don't kick your dog, I am sure he feels bad enough
And most of my pedals got better they spent probably 2 hours under water
And after about a week I saved 17 out of 19

My buddy spilled water on my trem pedal and after initially not working, I let it dry for awhile and it recovered fully. I hope for the same with your Planet Pee Pee Tuner.
Also, my cat vomited on my Superdelay...and my Great Destroyer. She disapproves of my toanz.

Yeah keep power off of it...hopefully you haven't tried and used it since it got wet, but you probably did since you said it's not working. Give it a bit for the circuit to dry and it should be time, assuming you didn't fry the board.

Back when I used to play gameboy games (bick brick style) I'd send cartridges through the wash all the time, and every time I did I'd take them apart, let them sit for a day or two, and plug them back.
Worked every time, but one time it erased all my save data on Zelda Link's Awakening

Sucks man, sorry.
Some time ago my girl cat pee'd on my board...no pedals were harmed.
Still can not tell if you are serious about caring or not.

well, the only logical solution is to rub the pedal in your dogs face, and then pee on your dog.
