Signal splitter with Headrush

This E2 Headrush won't allow me to run two amps at once, unless engaged and then one is just the delayed signal. So I'm trying to figure out what I would need to be able to do this and still utilize the dry out and delay out jacks.

The idea is to have a splitter that allows me to either run both amps whether the headrush is engaged or not, having the dry and wet coming out of both amps simultaneously, as well as, when engaged be able to have one amp dry and the other amp effected. So I need to either have both inputs going to both outputs, or have input 1 connect to output 1 and input 2 connect to output 2, with a toggle for the two modes.

Anyone make such a product that could direct this or should I repost in the DIY to figure out how to do this myself?

I think maybe an easier solution is to split the wet output with a buffered splitter. When the effect is on, you'll get the wet signal to two amps. When the effect is off, you'll get bypassed signal to both amps.
