Just received mine today, perfect! Sounds fuckin' crazy and you can add all the fuzz you want, or take it all away.

No camera or decent recording setup really. Doug has some clips over in the Mid-Fi forum?? Sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear.

No problem...
I like the white and blue finish... and it's pedalboard friendly (jack at the right place)

Yea, the finish is great and the jacks are a welcome change. I'd prefer top mounted but I didn't request it, not sure if you can? This will do nicely. Totally off topic, but I love how Mid-Fi pedals are packaged in brown paper lunch sacks, cracked up first time I received one!

I'm trying to destroy cardboard box collecting culture.

Good way to go about it. Never understood how a resale increases in value for having the original box in mint condition.

How about this...I have sold a bunch of pedals and forgot that I had the original, mint condition, box it came in...but I still keep them around. Anyone need a mint condition Deviltone box? What about a near mint Skinpimp MKI box? huh? anyone?

I liked the brown paper bag mine came in too, nice change of pace. My kitten definately liked the bag even more than me though, she shredded through it in no time. I guess if I ever decide to flip mine the resale value will drop due to the lack of bag.

Canadian customs had my Cosmichorus for 16 days when I sent it to Ryan for updating. Maddening! Hey, have you checked out the VTF yet, liking it? Still waiting for mine.

Yes! About 3 hours in total and no rehearsal yet. But i play quite loud at home.
It sounds gorgeous. So many sounds. So many good sounds. But to write more in detail it needs a couple more weeks. There are a hell of knobs and switches. And all quite interactive. I almost decided yesterday, that the workhorse will leave my house. VTF does it. Better.
But like you said in another post, it is not that easy to dial the sounds in until you learned how the knobs, switches and trims work.
ah, and do yourself a favour and order the And Aardvarks! with it. It sounds cautious spectacular. I'm thinking of selling my baby blue 'cause it sounds to my ears better. (but first i need to give it a rehearsal for sure)

Wow, that sounds promising, should have mine any day. McSpunckle was cool enough to set me up with the deluxe last minute, super excited to check it out.
It really is like a workstation of fuzz tones, I'll probably drive myself crazy twiddling knobs. My main fuzz now is and Algal Bloom and Pharaoh, both very simple and predictable, I can adjust live and know what to expect. The VTF will probably pack more awesome tones than I know what to do with, just hope I can learn to dial 'em in on the fly. Really intrigued by the And Aardvarks as well, interested to hear what you think about it after rehearsal.
All right, sorry to derail this thing a bit.
