Robroe on Shortscale forum has one and loves it. thread and another thread. Pretty sure he put a Fender neck on it, can't find that post though.

Edit: Nevermind not finding that thread. Try this: http://www.shortscale.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39113&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=20

only $100 to get one over to the UK, meaning that adds up to about £208 incl. shipping... tempting!

Eh. I've heard horror stories on them (there's a video on youtube of one of their Telemaster clones that all the hardware is held on with tape, due to the screws pulling out). For a bit more I'd go for a Blacktop Jazzmaster, or if you can do without the trem, one of the Squier Jazzmasters.

I have one of the p90 offsets and I think it's pretty decent. definitely required some work on the frets & nut, but you obviously can handle that. supposedly strat necks fit without any mods but I never tried it. I like the p90s.

Kind of tempted to buy one and have it shipped to Masked Elwood to paint/decorate. If he'd do that? Then he can decide if he likes it or not.

 .... i'll tell ya what. ordered one and i'll let you know how it goes. i have an extra neck laying around and really just wanted to check out the quality on these things. i figured it's going to need a little love...as i would expect any $200 guitar to need. it'll be fun.
i really like that pale green color. i'm planning on a maple neck as well...just like the dood from shortscale did.

i'm sure the blacktops would be better quality but to get it were i want would require alot more work and money.

thanks .........

The Rondo offset model used to be so ugly, but I remembered those were their SX brand. Something like this:

Not quite a perfect Jazzmaster clone either. While the Xaviere definitely is a Jazzmaster.

I've always wanted to get the Agile LP carved top in Rootbeer flame maple or maybe Tobacco burst spalted.

I just got a Xavier, and it seriously just kinda feels like a newer Squier. :idk:

Which is a good thing.

Really considering one of their Telemaster things. They don't seem to have the translucent orange that I wanted anymore though!

I'm gonna get one eventually. I realized I should pay my taxes first before I make any more gear acquisitions.
