Saw them a while back but didn't get one because I can't cut those squares and didn't want toggles, lol

I'd like one of those but really don't want to have to build it myself. In looking more I notice no soldering....maybe it would be really easy to put together.....anybody put one of these together and can talk about how easy it was?
