My friend Gabe and his wife Johanna H. came over today to record... This is the first song off the first takes... She played guitar for four songs and then went back and sang over them in my bathroom, mostly in one take... It's two amps on two tracks each... El Capistan to the Crate Cr-112 and Dead Hipster to the Kalamazoo Reverb 12... Rough demo no mix down yet... First time I've heard her and it's great... Let me know...

Thanks, I'm kinda mixing down the four song demo now... I want it to be half raw and half polished... She asked if I thought she could get shows... I was like............. Of course you can, the material is great... I think I might have gotten her onto fuzz pedals and ILF in general so win win...

chick has an awesome voice..."how it is" just fukking has the "it" factor (imo)...

The songs sound awesome! I think the auto tune comments just stem from the fact that someone with actual talent seems to be a rarity now, and when people hear someone with a great voice, they think it can't possibly be legit.

The recordings have that "let's sit in our living room and play a song" vibe. Wooden floors and white doors. I love it. Great voice.

Yeah all three y'all won teh prize... That's what I was going for with her... Wait till we add something... And you're right "How It Is" is IT... Thanks you guys...
