Is it possible to circuit bend a Whammy?

I know nothing about circuit bending. But if this is possible it would be fucking ridiculous.
Anyone here skilled in the art of circuit bending?

I'm pretty sure you can circuit bend anything. You just open the thing up and take a wire and touch it to two different solder points until you get some noises.

Be careful you don't fry the DSP when trying the touching solder points route.
That said if you have a whammy you don't mind loosing, go nuts! (Or give it to me)

When it's DSP it's a lot harder to do. Sometimes impossible without it simply crashing (because you can't really circuit bend a modern computer).
I could bend my SPace Station, which might be similar. I did so by shorting or dropping some of the RAM address pins. Does the Whammy have an external RAM IC?
