a/b true bypass looper

I tried building a a/b true bypass looper, but i don't get much sound, just ground noise... The leds are working like they should thought
this is exactely how i did id, can anyone figure what's wrong?

BYOC sells a kit for $50. That's not much more than the cost of parts plus the time you'd waste drilling all that shit. I don't know about you guys, but I think my time is worth something.

And GGG has one for like $30 plus shipping...
Plus you can just jack their instructions for how to make it.

And are you trying to make a tb looper or an ab box?
