Eric's being late on emails

Something happened not too long ago, something pretty big, and he's understandably not answering every email within the hour.
Mellowtone is not dead or dying and he still around, just be considerate and patient. He's a real good guy and has never given any hit of a reason as to why we shouldn't trust him.
he's one guy filling an obscene amount of orders on a pedal that takes a bit to make, and to top it off he's doing it on the cheap.
don't be an asshole.

I don't normally side with pooghost on anything.Ever. But our resident builders provide us with what we're all here for. Just because they can't be all chummy with us all the time is no reason to be posting dickish trashtalk like you're some kind of tough guy. Erics a stand up guy. Wouldnt be here if he wasnt. So he took a couple months off. boohoo if he doesnt respond to your emails WHILE HES ON BREAK. Boohoo if you dont get your custom order. Esp now. If you came across in your emails like you come across here I wouldnt build you a custom order if I was a crackhead in need of some major crack bucks.

Yeah, what the shit?
Whatever's going on (i.e. the life of a human being and not a pedal factory), and it's none of my business though I hope shit's cool, it seems to me like Eric's been pretty hard at work with not only the Wolf Computers but with the Super Chans as well.
I only own one Mellowtone pedal, the Hi-Five, but it's good enough for me to want to support Eric by buying a Super Chan as soon as they became available, which I did.
I'm not a brilliant guitarist or anything, but I'm always grateful that there are people like Eric and Tom and whomever else that take time to design things and build them just for me! How lovely that these builders have revived my interest in music and effects and fuzz... I would have killed to have pedals like these even five years ago when the best I could get on my pedalboard was a Jekyll & Hyde distortion.
Now I have 800 fuzzes and they're all sweet.

I agree that my original post didn't belong in this forum. Let me briefly elaborate on my original post so you fully understand where I'm coming from originally they said oh yeah eric is going through some very rough personal problems right now this was like september/october? Then he comes back and is like "uhh yeah guess what i was at skate camp guys" Correct me if I'm wrong but how is skate camp "super-heaviness"? I think Eric makes good pedals that are awesome looking and sounding. Don't ever take any of this too seriously its the internet. I don't want my posts to end up in the wrong forum in the future and i feel bad about all of this.
