Your bridge is going to be half the price of your guitar. That. is. awesome.

This is the thought in the back of my mind that has had me wait this long. Hahaha. I know it seems a little strange but I get this thing up and running and two days later I have to fiddle with it again. I just dont see what the problem is. I think the height adjustment screws in each saddle are too small and any change in tension allows them to lower or something like that. Then take into account that the damn intonation screws hit your strings so you either have to compromise on string buzz at the first few frets or string buzz at the screw. UGHHHHH!!!!

Maybe try a mustang bridge first? They can be had for like $20, and I've never had any problems with one.

I got one of these recently. The bridge is definitely the weakest part, but I wouldn't say I've gotten fed up with it yet. On a rare occasion(like twice) the low E string has come out of place. I have no intention of replacing it yet, nor any money to do so.

old.
here:
http://lmgtfy.com/but the original question/problem is interesting. If the bridge is a piece of shit the main price does not really sound so catching anymore

This. I think I'm going to do the same with mine. That, or get shorter intonation screws, and slightly larger height screws. The premise of the bridge is excellent, but the execution seems sloppy. I get that it's a $450 guitar (or even less, in many cases...), but they should have gotten fitting screws for the thing.
I've been having the same issues with mine lately, and it's annoying, to say the least.
Despite the bridge, I still love the BT Jazzmaster, and highly recommend them. They play great, sound great, and easily have the same quality of a CIJ or CP Jazzy.
Just plan on grabbing a Mustang bridge, or finicking with the stock one.

I got mine off ebay. Allparts for less than what allparts charges.

Thanks for the non-smartass response!!! I will look into that.
