Hey All,
I recently got 2 of these 1590WFFLBK (for 99 cents!!!). They are freaking huge and can hold 3-4 circuits easily.

I have a plan to buy a OPamp BM board from guitarPCBs, and build an LPB2 on tag board...then stuff them into one of these enclosures.

First I'm hoping to get some insight or a demo of the sound of an LPB into an OPamp BM. Should I boost before or after? I was thinking before to drive the BM and make it more scrambly and insane.

Secondly I will have space for one/two more switches or circuits. I was thinking of putting a momentary feedback loop switch and loop both circuits. What do you think? Any other suggestions? I thought a soul preacher might also be an option (maybe I could call it the BM deluxe ++).

Thanks!!!

Dobo

I would personally put the LPB2 before the BMP because I like how Big Muffs sound with an extremely hot signal going in (i.e. INTENSE fuzz).

LPB should go First.

Soul Preacher Could Be Cool... do you really need a compressor in there though?

Momentary feedback switch is more usefull in delay. In this example its just gonna be a crazy loud screech that comes on instantly. Pots are better for feedback, you can dial in small amounts of feedback to get different sounds. Some presence circuits are designed like this. So in a presence circuit, more feedback = more treble. You should get it all working before you drill so you can plan it out.
