X_X I think it's just that the extra wood is moving around now since i didn't use wood glue and i'm pretty sure those plastic things are way too big.
u coulda refilled the hole with wood putty then let it dry and redrill
OR
u can get matchsticks and put them in the hole and screw it in

I don;t think so, I used one the hole that the screw that held the handle onto my friends BA112 and it's fine, You could always just buy a locking strap, Planet Waves makes one.

The strap buttons look pretty solid and don't rock around now however when i tighten the screw they move (like still rotate) should i wait till tomorrow morning try and tighten/ add more wood/ glue or are they probably fine?

Wait till tomorrow, tomorrow enver knows.

Take the screw out and fill the hole with wood glue, wait for it to dry properly (like 12-24hrs) and then screw the screw back in, also use a light torque if you're using a powered drill/screwdriver.

if you brought it to a luthier he would probably drill it and fill it with a dowel. some of the really good ones who work on vintage guitars would try to match the wood and make a dowel on a lathe. the dowel must be very straight and tolerances tight. but when done right, you can make the repair invisible. even on a clear nitro finish vintage ash strat for example.
