Broken SP 404

hey, I'm not sure if this is the right forum for it, but the volume pot on my SP 404 is broken. Do you guys have any ideas on how i might be able to fix it?

When you say broken, what exactly do you mean?

when you turn it the volume doesn't go up, it gets kinda staticky and it crackles when you turn it. Volume will randomly jump up and down sometimes, but mostly it stays really quiet.

maybe the pot is dirty?
you could open up the unit and spray some compressed air or potentiometer cleaner in there and see if that helps.
if its completely fucked, you may have to send it into boss/roland to get fixed
