Guitar Chord Question

Anybody know what the clean chord is at about :28 Its the first clean chord he plays and I really like the sound of it. Can't find tabs anywhere.

open--"first position"--Cmaj7 for sure. it sounds a little dissonant because he's got a fairly wide sweep on the phaser/flanger he's using.
