ALSO, has anyone heard about the new effectrode fire bottle. just released on dec 1 2010. no demos yet. its two 6112 subminiature mil-spec vacum tubes in a pedal damn it. its priced at $300

I have an effectrobe phaser and vibe. The sound quality is top level imho. I think the new compressor with the same subminiature tubes could be a great tool

i won't buy the tmiranda stuff solely because the huge amounts of spam tags on their videos clutter up my youtube pedal searches. they're also by no means anything new. more clones wrapped up in a new box.

please elaborate a little. I noticed in the youtube videos he is spamming names like soldano supercharger GTO vanhalen etc...but it didnt sound like it. The eruption caught my ear purely for the sound of it. Is the eruption a clone cause id rather just build it. Im talking to a builder about a trainwreck pre in a pedal using the same 6112's. He said its exactly like the schematic but i dont have faith in my abilities to build anything with tubes unless its a sure thing, well documented etc...

Well thats just a shame. The ds1 is crap. I love rats. The freakshow brown rabbit is on my list already. Atleast they tell you whats in the pedal.
