Ibanez Tubescreamer amp

I just played one at a local shop, and the thing sounds pretty nice. It has a fender like clean sound that doesn't break up much at full volume, even with humbuckers (I didn't use anything super high output though). It uses 6v6 tubes instead of el84s which I think helps the tone. One would have to get passed the whole tube screamer thing, but that part of the amp sounded pretty good. Anyone else try one or own one? It is certainly cheap enough at $500 for the head and cab.

it's a good idea about 20 years too late.
i think it's more for the classic style tone chasers and not the likes of outside players. if ibanez would have teamed up with someone like peavey, they could have done a version of this and added it to the classic series...the price would still be low and the amp more versatile.
and i still wouldn't be interested....but ...whatever
i'm high...never mind

But, no! In music, this devalues NOTHING!
