Laney LC30

As anyone played through one or know much about them. I've watched a bunch of videos and read reviews on them, but wanted some ILF knowledge to help me. I am thinking of getting one to take the step to a stereo setup, by running it with my silverface.

I've got a VC30 and it's pretty sweet. Nice and Vox-y.

Yeah everything I've read says the LC is more modern Fender sounding, while the VC. Is note vintage and Vox-esque. Anyone have any nightmare stories to tell me to stay away from an LC or any super awesome Jonas brothers cool stories to persuade me? I'm leaning towards trading for it.

I have an LC 15R and am very happy with it, not that I've had the chance to compare it to anything really. The general concensus is that Laneys (certainly LC) will give you sweet clean tones (true!). A common mod is to change the speaker for something a bit better e.g. a Celestion Vintage.
