--Chalice: Might be renamed or redesigned. I'm surprised there wasn't more interest in a non-oscillating AB-Synth...though some people think the Algal Bloom and AB-Synth have the same fuzz circuit (they don't!).

--Phantom Ring, AB-Synth Dream: These models will only be recontinued if Tone Factor orders more, which I don't expect them to do.

I heart my Phantom Ring too, I'm surprised it wasn't a big seller for you.

sad day. the phantom ring/arcade is one of the most unique pedals i have ever played. i love both the boost of mode one, blooming wall of fuzz, and the mode two phantom octave, fuzzhuggasaurus, but the mode three ring and mode four arcade really brought some texture. dont miss out on serious tone...

Magiclawnchair I don't know why but I busted up laughing at the way you say "this is just gonna be a bunch of noise...so...". Awesome vid, definitely thinking about gettin a Phantom off Tonefactor now.

But then I wouldn't get one of those friendly emails from Tom like when I order direct.

I have been meaning to ask, and this seems like as good a place as any, but... will there ever be more Velcroscillators? The website says "Extra Limited Availability" so I probably know the answer, but I figured it was worth finding out for certain.

I do enjoy my Chalice. I think it's a great little fuzz; just gotta get used to it a little more so I can more easily dial in some sounds.

Someone asked if these were gone for good...I won't say forever, but they're gone for now. I do have some PCBs left, so for a while here, if anyone missed out and wants one, I can build one as a special/custom order.

Kinda sad... but it also means you're refining and perfecting other things!

I guess I spoke too soon. Tone Factor ordered just a few more of each. Saved for now!!
I had zero intention of faking anyone out. Please accept my apologies for jumping the gun--I hope the rebate+discount makes up for that. We'll reassess at the end of this year.

I'm majorly in love with the Phantom Ring, and happy that there will be more.
The AB-Synth Dream will continue to be a limited run design. All said and done, there will be low numbers out there.

i certainly don't feel dragooned into buying the Phantom Ring...i'd have grabbed it anyway because i really wanted an octave-y fuzz and it's the only really interesting one i heard in weeks of listening to demos. of course, the discount deal isn't a BAD thing; i'm just waiting to have the spare dosh to grab the next box i have in mind, which will probably be a Velcroar. I want a Bloom too, but i think i want to get one of the swirly-painted ones from Tone Factor in the small case.
