i much like many others that find themselves here are in search of the very very hard to find Wolf Computer, let me know any where to find one or if there are anymore comin up, i talked to Tom at fuzzhugger he said maybe in a few weeks but seemed fairly unsure, this seems like such a great pedal i would love to sit down and work with it. Would like to know if anyone has any good ideas for me out there or if there is anything similar???

Well the Fuzz Factory is somewhat similar in concept but the actual design is fairly different. The fuzz factory is germanium, for example, and has different controls.

WMD Geigercounter would get some similar things I guess..

I have a Geiger Counter. It is a little bit similar, but it is truly an 8-bit pedal, so you can get all kinds of aliasing sounds too. I'm debating whether or not to sell mine, actually, cause although it's amazing, I could use the money (I have a crazy guitar customization i need to pay for).

It's the squelch we're looking for. And that slight arp. I've heard some similar tones from the WMD and the Devi Ever legend of fuzz, are there any I'm missing?

The new Devi Pedal, the houndstooth, doesn't really do the arp, but it does do some pretty wolf computer-esque sounds if you stick a boost in front of it. The parts in these clips that have more sustain have a hi-5 boost in front of the Hound's Tooth. The super weird parts have a moog ring modulator on them.

It's the squelchiest, most gated fuzz I've ever played.

Yo V_____ sick sounds homie, i was thinkin about gettin the hounds tooth but i dont own a devi yet i guess right now im kinda torn between the ruby and the hounds tooth, i think just as a stand alone fuzz pedal for playing all types of different chords the ruby would probably be better for me? Also what are everyones thoughts on the dwarfcraft great destroyer its kind of atari bit like no?

Devi is doing one of her awesome $50 sales on the Hounds Tooth, Ruby, and the 90 so I bought one of each, I suggest doing the same.

Word on the street is he's got a lot of stuff going on right now; he hasn't been around for quite awhile. I also remember him saying something about rarely having internet where he's at, although this may have changed since then.

Now if you kids remember Tom did say that Letsgocyote was going to be absent for a long time and that if you did not get in on the last batch of wolf computers that is was going to be a while before you can get one again.

Tom is not the keeper of the wolf. but if we keep begging him he might step up and make enough wolf cpu's for every man woman and child on the planet. or at least a small batch so I can gobble them up.
