Have you seen the "EHX drum pad"? The online version? I believe you might find what you are looking for... :idk:

Plenty o' stuff out there... of course, it all depends on what kind of sounds you're looking for. A lot of these are kind of "blippy" or lo-fi, but that could be part of the charm!

http://www.ordrumbox.com/online-drum-machine.php - free, and downloadable

http://www.ronwinter.tv/drums.html - seems to be online only, but a hilariously awesome interface.

http://www.artopod.se/groovelab/ - interesting stuff. Seems to be plenty of options, and you can download the loops that you build onlin.

http://www.keyboardmuseum.com/d_machines/vdrums.html - lots of old-skool emulators, all done up in Flash. Haven't tried to download any yet...

http://www.themaninblue.com/experiment/JS-909/ - cute lil 909 emulator. Doesn't seem like you can output the beats in any way, though.

http://www.audiotool.com/ - this is a whole online community sequencing / remixing thing. Too deep for me to get into right now, but it looks pretty cool.
