My local guitar shop has a brand new one for that price, apparently getting it out of the store has is worth the lost profit for them

Make sure it works...then get it!
Why are they trying to get rid of it so hard?

DO IT!
I've got one and love it!
Sure it's huge and retarded, but it's hard not to love.

I'm not sure why they are trying to get rid of it so bad, maybe people around these parts are afraid of the insanity within those thin metal sheets.

It being broken would make sense though, I doubt anyone in these parts has ever wanted a Polychorus, or would know what one was supposed to sound like.
It has been sitting in there for about two years, I just never paid attention to it before (they usually have exclusively digitech stuff there). If it's not broken it will be mine tomorrow.

Of all of the pieces of gear I have that come and go out of my lineup, the Polychorus never goes anywhere. $100, if it's in great shape, is a steal. Just keep in mind that it's more of a flanger than a chorus.

What he said.
I use it as a noisy flange more than anything else.
It's great!
